How to change div background color each time the page reloaded?

The wapkiz default contents has a div class which changes its background color every time the page is refreshed. Visit this site (www.wapkiz.wapkiz.com) and you will see that the text "DOWNLOAD NOW" changes its bgcolor randomly. My question is how can I create a div just like this? Anybody knows this code? Please help.
